First Step Abroad with ENERGY GIANT UR-GE Project

As the Global Energy Association, we provide our members with new opportunities through the Ministry of Trade’s International Competitiveness Development (UR-GE) Project.

In line with the Ministry’s clustering approach, we are working to transform the export drive into lasting success with the ENERGY GIANT – UR-GE Project for Strengthening the Global Competitiveness of Renewable Energy Companies.

There are more than 20 companies within the scope of the project. Within its scope, we offer a wide range of support, including needs analysis, promotion, training and consultancy, international marketing activities, buyer missions, and individual consultancy services.

As part of the needs analysis, we conduct one-on-one meetings with companies. These meetings help identify their training, consultancy, and target market needs, and provide tailored action plans to strengthen their export capacities.

Global Energy Agency Completes Export Training Program

The Global Energy Agency, with the support of the Directorate General of Civil Society Relations under the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye, has successfully completed its training sessions as part of the EXPORT MOBILIZATION and UR-GE Projects.

The program was designed to help energy companies improve their competitiveness in international markets, manage export processes more effectively, and adapt to global trade dynamics.

During the training, participants received information on the following topics:

  • Trade Intelligence – Identifying global market opportunities and gaining competitive advantage
  • Export Tools – Detailed information on export tools, financing options, and government incentives
  • Modern Export Strategies – Innovative and sustainable strategies to help companies expand in international markets

This training program aims to strengthen the export capacity of energy companies, support their entry into new markets, and promote long-term commercial success.

As the Global Energy Agency, we will continue to support sector players in joining global competition and contribute to increasing Türkiye’s renewable energy exports!
